The contract
The entrepreneur shall ensure that the products are in conformity with the contract.
The offer
The offer contains a detailed description of the products and/or services offered. In case a product is not in stock, an alternative product can be chosen.
Delivery and execution
The place of delivery is at the address given by the Consumer to the company.
The price
The entrepreneur may offer products or services whose prices are subject to fluctuations in the financial market that are beyond the Entrepreneur’s control, at variable prices. The offer will state the possibility of being subject to fluctuations and the fact that any indicated prices are target prices.
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, the amounts to be paid by the Consumer are to be settled within 2 days after delivery of the products.
The following payment options are available to the Consumers:
a. bank transfers and
b. cash payment at delivery.
Service- and delivery fees are combined and added on top of the product value and depending on the distance within Paramaribo varying from € 5 to € 10.
